Why the equal before the law ,a natural right, should be enforced worldwide

Clinton nonprofits have raised $2 BILLION, according to The New York Post, and big chunks of that cash come from foreign governments and business interests — including ortion donations made by shady overseas accounts while Clinton was secretary of state.

When groups can exempt themselves from normal rules of market engagement- corruption and perverse distortions  are an natural outcome . Equal treatment is right and just.  Equal treatment before the law can increase efficiency and rebuild trust in the failing public system. ( A reboot of the by force operating system is in order?)
