Beware the new "Caveat emptor" Government " Smart " initiatives

There are many good intention activities being introduced by government or publicly funded agencies . Based on the good feel information you should do your due diligence and not blindly accept their claims without doing your own due diligence . "Smart for whom" becomes a critical and defining issue that should always be addressed.

The credibility of those that make the claim must be examined. From experience the trendy and apparently " smart tech" label has been open to abuse by special crony groups that profit from their programs . Please make informed decisions on " smart" cities , "smart " green initiatives or government collection from you schemes .

It is more important then ever to follow the proven advice of caveat emptor or let the buyer beware . Do not let the false Trojan horses into your life
