Ontario Ombudsman - Complaint Submission
We oversee more than 1,000 Ontario government and public sector bodies, including school boards as of September 1, 2015 and municipalities and universities as of January 1, 2016. We do not oversee the courts, private businesses, or the federal government. Please check this list to see who we oversee. All complaints to the Ombudsman are strictly confidential. We require your contact information in order to respond to you, and for statistical tracking purposes.
