"a horrible brainless empire in which, essentially, nothing ever happens except the training of young men for war and the endless breeding of fresh cannon-fodder.” Finally, we desperately reassure ourselves that, “I would have acted differently.”

A red pill "Ouch" a woman's outrage Why the new feminists have gone too far ?
"flushing penis"
Ouch and why? A real red pill case?
ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - A woman upset about an impending breakup with her boyfriend cut off the man's penis and flushed it down a toilet, police here are alleging.
Utility workers recovered the severed member Sunday and surgeons reattached it. Kim Tran, 35, was charged with first-degree assault, domestic violence and tampering with evidence. She was being held in custody without bail.
Police spokeswoman Anita Shell said police received a call just after midnight Sunday that a 44-year-old man had been dropped off by his girlfriend at Providence Hospital with amputated genitals.
'It was brutal, brutal,' Shell said.
The man's name has not been released in keeping with department policy in domestic violence cases, Shell said.
Investigators determined that the man and Tran had argued over an impending breakup on Saturday night. The relationship had lasted a little more than a year but the man no longer wanted to be involved, police said.
At some point, the couple decided to have sexual relations and the man agreed to have his arms tied to a window handle above their bed.
The woman then pulled out a kitchen knife and severed the man's penis, police said. She flushed the penis down the toilet, untied the man and drove him to the hospital.
She assisted him to a nurse's station and then drove home, Shell said.
Officers arrived at the couple's home and found the woman cleaning up the bloody scene.
A police supervisor contacted officials at the Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility and asked them to go to the home to see if the man's body part could be recovered.

Lifestyles of the Rich and Bureaucratic | Daniel J. Mitchell
apparently the federal bureaucrats grading one another think virtually everyone who works for the government is doing a fantastic job,” Rep. Jeff Miller (R-Fla.), chairman of the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, said in a statement. “But given the dysfunction we’ve seen throughout the federal government over the last several years, that can’t possibly be true,” Miller said.
Of course it’s not true.
Misbehavior and malfeasance at bureaucracies such as the IRS and VA doesn’t prevent high ratings and generous bonuses. Instead, it’s almost as if doing the wrong thing is a job requirement.
Isn’t big government wonderful?

Bureaucracies Are Authoritarian Too | Jeffrey A. Tucker
Great food for thought about personal freedom."And we should never forget that every rule in the books, every regulation and code, is ultimately backed by the power of the State to force you against your will. You don't need a strongman with a populist appeal to realize authoritarianism; it can also emanate from a legion of petty bureaucrats who are just following the law and regulations.
To dismantle such a regime means rejecting authority as a means of social control. It means trusting freedom."

Back to enlightenment with food for thought? Challenge the unintended consequences of government by force actions? This offers interesting mind jogs
"Progressives need to deal with this: the minimum wage began as a eugenic device designed to exterminate and disenfranchise population groups. The idea was to raise the wage floor very high so that “undesirables” would stay in the basement and die. And you know what? It has mostly accomplished its intended goal. While we are at it, let’s confront the deeply misogynistic origins of labor regulations too: they were instituted to drive women out of the workforce and back into domestic work."

People power the anti-globalist revolt
In 2007, Beppe Grillo, an Italian actor and comedian, launched
Vaffanculo Day. “Vaffanculo” is Italian for “f*** off.”
Grillo and
his followers used V-Day to bluntly express their displeasure with Italian
establishment politicians, using imagery from the movie V for Vendetta.
Now, what
started out as a joke has become Italy’s most popular political party…
V-Day
helped organize Italians frustrated with their political system. It gave birth
to the Five Star Movement, Italy’s new populist political party.
Grillo’s
Five Star Movement—or M5S, its Italian acronym—is anti-globalist, anti-euro,
and anti-establishment. It doesn’t neatly fall into the left–right political
paradigm.
This is the new reality ? Remember the domino theory -it is happening in Europe -will the EEC and the Agenda 21 agenda survive?
